2016 Survey Results

Here are the results for the offseason survey:

1. Do you plan on returning to the league for the 2015 season?

*In order to proceed in our off-season it is helpful to have a count of those owners who will or will not be returning.*

2. Changing in Auction Rollover Budget

* In an effort to curtail the incredibly high amount of money that is rolling over from season to season I propose capping the amount of money that rolls over after next years draft. My current proposal is to cap the maximum team budget before keeper selections at $260, or that there is a maximum of $60 in rollover from each season. This cap would preclude teams from going over the cap if they are able to trade for more auction dollars, it would only apply to rollover dollars from the draft.

3. Should we increase the number of free moves?

*Right now teams are allowed 10 free moves with each move above 10 costing owners $2. What should the number of free moves for a season be?*

**10 (Keep it the same) - 4 12 Moves - 1 15 Moves - 4 20 Moves - 2 Unlimited - 1**

Since it appears that the majority of the owners want to increase the number of allowed moves, we will go with the most popular increase which is 15 free moves.
